The casino and grounds were kept clean. our room was spacious with all the needed amenities, including a hair dryer and iron. there was a good selection of food options. the hotel is fully air-conditioned and not far from the strip. It's about a 30-minute walk or a short uber ride.
the pool hours felt limited because of the heat.

the location was convenient to nearby attractions! the staff were well-equipped to handle guest needs. i enjoyed the easy free parking, a great perk. this helped me save on transportation costs .
i noticed bogus mini bar charges on my bill. it took some time to clear these up. i hope they improve their billing process to avoid this.

Mixed experience at this hotel
slow check-inexcessive noise
The check-in process was slow the front desk staff seemed uninterested in helping. My room key stopped working twice which was inconvenient. The noise from nearby rooms was excessive a quiet night was difficult to achieve. Housekeeping did a poor job. Surfaces were dusty upon arrival.

the building had many amenities and a great location. it was just a few minutes away from the strip. the suite was spacious and had fine views over the city and mountains. room service was very fast.
this included the resort fees when i arrived at the front desk. the hotel changed me again for the same fees, frustrating. i have contacted them twice, but nobody seems to be taking responsibility to resolve this issue.

inconsistent cleaningbroken remote
i was hopeful about the stay but soon saw flaws. the room cleaning was not consistent . also, the tv remote was not working when I arrived. i had to call maintenance, they came the next day. the pool closed earlier than expected which was a bummer.

i stayed on a high floor, i saw nice views. beds were comfortable. they let me bring my son's bmx in the room because we were there for a bmx competition.
check in took a long time. they only had two people working check in and it was busy.
