My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and frustrating moments. The rooms were generally nice and well-decorated, but some confusion during check-in was a hassle. While the pool area was enjoyable, I found the service lacking and some amenities needing improvement. The dining options were decent, but I was surprised by the resort fees, especially for amenities I didn't use during my winter visit.
